Below the bronze images are a few links to people I've met and places i've been as a result of my decision to study art and make art my life's work. You may run across the term "Lunatic Arts" in the Jim Branscum Art Studio pages; if so, it refers to the name I have chosen that covers all my artistic adventures. It comes from the many who said I was "crazy" to think I could make a living as an artist. Many laughed at that notion. Few laugh anymore and fewer still believe I was "crazy" to think I could survive as an artist. Enjoy your trip through my "insanity."

My relationship with Waylon Jennings began with the commission to create a life-size portrait bust of Waylon pictured above on Waylon's "New Classic Waylon" CD, Tape & Record.
